Precious Plate Florida is your single source for high-quality metal perforation with twelve high-speed perforation presses and over eight specially-designed perforation tooling patterns. PPF can supply your production needs in a variety of metals including steel, copper and aluminum.

With an annual capacity in excess of 30-million linear meters, Precious Plate Florida perforates steel and other metals up to a maximum width of 400 millimeters and thickness ranging from a minimum of 0.035 millimeters to a maximum of 0.150 millimeters.

Our unique and proven process yields extremely flat strip that makes pasting, slitting and winding much more efficient for our customers, generally yielding less scrap. PPF’s in-process controls and inspections maintain width-reference and edge-reference dimensions to within +/- 0.1 millimeter.

PPF also provides onsite-tooling design for specific perforation patterns and strip configurations. Together with our plating and annealing processes, PPF is the one source for your strip production requirements.
